What do I wear?

There are no rules, wear what feels comfortable. Treatments that require you to change your clothing will be discussed prior and you will be left to change and get under the towel provided. When required a Spa robe will be provided.

Do I have to

talk during

my treatment?

I operate a personal choice. I understand you are here to escape and unwind. I am happy to have a chat or let you zen out.

What shoes

do I wear

for a pedicure?

Open-toe shoes such as flip-flops, sandals & slides. Although Gel polish dries instantly you want to allow time for your feet to absorb all the nourishment.

can I have

treatments?

Body & facial treatments can commence once in the 2nd trimester. Many of our treatments can be adapted to ensure comfort. Anything you are sensitive to please advise prior to treatment. 

Salon Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your first treatment to fill out a consultation form and to ensure you get the maximum treatment time.

Clients must be 18 and over to have massage treatments. Clients under 18 can have manicures, pedicures, brows & facial treatments with parental consent. Parent must present for facial treatments until age 16.

Any cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the cancelled treatment.

Appointment no-shows will be charged 100% of missed treatments before a future appointment can be booked.
